Friday is 1/2 price day at CAP thrift store

Almost the entire thrift store is 1/2 price on Friday so I am showcasing just a few of the animals you help when you shop and donate at the CAP thrift store.

Sophie came to CAP missing part of one leg. After a check up at Kingsland Blvd Animal Clinic
she was adopted by a wonderful woman.
Lizbet is a very playful 4 year old double dapple looking for a home. She is a little head shy due to being blind in one eye. She needs an all adult home preferably with a play buddy. She is my foster.

Bonzai is a young chihuahua mix with beautiful markings looking for an all adult home with a buddy dog. He is in a foster home and goes to CAP on Sundays.

Now making great progress Gracie is a young boxer mix who was covered not only in mange but a secondary infection.

Westbury Animnal Hospital donates services to help get pets ready for their new homes. Here Dr Gaugh is doing a heartworm treatment.

Shiner is a healthy 10 year old 75 lb male chocolate lab at CAP. He was returned after A YEAR, because of storm anxiety(that's a reason?). He wants a home of his own.

The CAP thrift store is open 7 days a week at 11925 Katy Freeway.

1/2 price day SATURDAY and SUNDAY at CAP thrift store!

Wow, what a sale! Be in line at 10 am Sat to start saving money and support shelter animals like Peanut here and Sweetie below.

1/2 off on just about everything in the store and did you know they even have dressing rooms?

Items come in every day, it's exciting to see the new things. It's also exciting to watch folks when they find something they have been looking for or are surprised with a good deal on something they hadn't even thought about. Become a regular, we like them!
Peanut above is still waiting for his permanent home, he is about 6 lbs and has 2 less than perfect knees but gets around just fine. An angel vet donated his neuter, thankfully.
Sweetie the pit mix truly fits her name and just got adopted at CAP. Dr Randlett at Kingsland Blvd Animal Clinic donated her spay, our many thanks to her.
Your donations and shopping at the CAP thrift store support not only dogs, but cats, birds, guinea pigs, lots of rabbits and other pets at Citizens for Animal Protection.
The thrift store is located at 11925 Katy Freeway, Houston, Tx 77079
